Donation Policy

• All donations are considered final and non-refundable
• Donations are used immediately to support our charitable programs
• We do not provide goods or services in exchange for donations
• Tax receipts are provided for eligible donations as per applicable laws

Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of an error in processing your donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review each case individually and may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests for the following reasons:

• Unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment method
• Processing errors made by The Dharmarth Sewa Sanstha
• Duplicate transactions processed in error

To request a review of your donation, please contact us with the following information:

• Your full name
• Date of donation
• Donation amount
• Transaction ID (if available)
• Reason for refund request

Recurring Donations

For recurring donations, you may cancel future donations at any time by contacting us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled donation. Please note that this will not affect donations already processed.
